High Heel

Nowadays, the issue of fashion has become the focus of public concern, and the high heel play an important role in fashion. It can make females more sexy and beautiful. In my essay, I have three parts, at first, I will introduce the history of the high heel. Secondly I focus on the high heels today. At last, I will describe the type of the high heel.

In the first place, I introduce the history of high heel. In 14^th century, the high heel originates from the Ming dynasty of China. The style was very popular, it was the rear with four or five centimeters tall with a long, and mounted a silk, and the work was very particular. Most people think the high heel comes from west, but they are blind to a bare fact the high heel of China is earlier than west nearly 100 years. In 15^th century, a French aulic fashion designer invented the high heel. From that moment, people love the high heel, and it’s popular until now. They think the high heel share females’ story whatever how old are you, it will together with you forever.

In the second place, I will explain how is the high heel developed in today. In 20^th century, the sandal was combination with the high heel. When females’ attitude of clothes became more and more open, designers tried to created a new style—peep-toe high heel, which became a elegant sandal in evening party. From 30^th to 40^th century, along with the success of peep-toe, the peep-toe high heel became more and more popular. However, some fashion magazine spit this style, so it couldn’t continue to popular. From 50^th century to today, the high heel changed greatly. They change the shape of heel, it looks like a cone. At the same time they develop the technology, so, nowadays, designers can design the heel , which is sharp and thin.

Finally, I will tell you the type of heels. The cone heel is a round heel that is broad where it meets the sole of the shoe and noticeably narrower at the point of contact with the ground. The kitten heel is a short and slim heel with maximum height under 2 inches and diameter of no more than 0.4 inch at the point of contact with the ground. The prism heel is three flat sides that form a triangle at the point of contact with the ground. Another is spool heel, it meets the sole and at the point of contact with the ground; noticeably narrower at the midpoint between the two. The last one is wedge heel that occupies the entire space under the arch and heel portions of the foot.

To sum up, the high heel is an important element in fashion. It has a civilization of long standing and an age-old tradition. From 14^th, the high heel was popular, and it was known the world over. With the rapid improvement of technology and fashion, more and more designers create so many different styles, such as the kitten heel, the prism heel and the wedge heel. Whatever which kind of them, they are all beautiful and make female leisure, sexuality, and sophistication.

Bird & Tree

Today, I want to share with you about a Hongkong drama. A girl called Bird and a boy called Tree, they love each other for 7 years. In China, there is a saying: if a couple love for 7 years, they must together forever, and they are. From the high school, the girl swear she must find a boy friend whose name is tree, because she thinks she is a bird. The family of a bird is a tree, so, finally, she did!

Bird wants married with Tree, after all, they are together too long, but Tree doesn't think so. He wants to earn more money and gives Bird a good life, but he never told Bird. Every time Bird asked him: When are you married with me, he just said it's not now.

This day, they are fighting for the same problem, so Bird goes to outside and doesn't go home. Although, Bird forgives him, a tragedy is happened. When Bird does back, a car crashed to her, and she died.
Tree never thinks one day she will leave him, and he regrets. Why he doesn't marry with her, this question he asked himself many times. Finally, he decide he wants to marry with her, although she died.

A agency helps him to hold this wedding, in this wedding, they show a flash which tell people why Bird must find a boy who called Tree.

One day, a bird fly on a tree, and they love each other. The tree cannot move, but the bird can fly, so this bird fly around the world and tell the tree what the world l

ooks like. As everyone knows, the tree can live longer than the bird, so the bird died. The tree loses the bird and becomes sad. At last, the tree absorbs the bird and together with the bird forever.

Emotion

Today, our project is to describe the emotion which is conveyed in graphic novels. Tension, Intimacy, Joy, Anger, Cold, Anxiety , Pride, Serenity, sour, Madness, Loud all of these are emotion of people. I choose three to describe:
1. Tension

There is a girl who has a red hair and green eyes, and she is tense.

Her head is turning ,and her eyes are bulging. The situation is very dangerous, so she is sweating.

The artist is drawing some lines around her, and the fire is close to her, so she open her mouth.

2. Madness

His teeth are sharp and gritted, at the same time, he lifts his brow.

There is a man who is abnormally large. He is making a fist and
looks angry.

He has a yellow hair, wearing a pink outfit and blue gloves.

3. Clod

We cannot see his emotion and eyes, and there is a scar under his left eye.

Guiling has same kinds of night markets. The night market also is one kind of culture. There is not only food, but there are also many kinds of goods, such as jewelry, commodity and clothes. You can buy some cheap and special things.

Xi’an
If you want to know a country, you should know the history about this country. Museums can help you to find the answer about why Chinese people's life is what it is. Xi’an is an age-old city, the famous Qin Dynasty which comes from the Xi'an. The first emperor of China is Qin shihuang, he built the Great Wall, unit six country which are six part in China. Now China’s entombed warriors is exhibited in the art gallery of New South Wales, these are also coming from Xi’an.

Suzhou
Suzhou was famous by the traditional art work, so Suzhou also is a good place in China. You can go to their workroom to visit and find so many exquisite arts; you cannot imagine how do they make that. In China, we say Suzhou looks like heaven, there is a river around the city.

These five places just a sample, they are not famous in abroad, I want I can can disseminate Chinese culture to people!

Sichuang

When people talk about Chinese snacks, they must think about Beijing has some famous snack, but all of Chinese know Sichaung, where the food is very very hot, has so many traditional snacks which are very different from what you know! If you are interested in some food you can ask them how to make it.

Wuhan

In my city, Wuhan, you can try the hot dry noodle that is a traditional snack, which is popular in Wuhan. Ihas a long history, nearly 300 years old. People eat it as breakfast, so a lot of these shops are closed at 11 o'clock. What is it different with other noodle? That is hot dry noodle does not have soup. At first, we use hot water to cook the noodle, which use special material, when it becomes yellow we pull it out from the water. Secondly, we put sesame paste, pepper, salt, gourmet powder, soy and vinegar in it, if you like chilli, you can put some chilli sauce. How to distinguish between good and bad? The point is sesame paste. Finally, we should mix all of these things as soon as possible, because the sesame paste let the noodle become dry very quickly.

Yunnan

In China, as you know, there are many different nationalities, so Yunnan is a good choice to feel the minority’s culture. You can learn from their daily life and attend a wedding, at the same time, you can wear the traditional clothes. There are some rules in the wedding, such as the groom should carry the bride on his back, because the bride's feet can't touch ground. If they do that, they will unlucky.

One of My Favorite Movies---Ocean Heaven

This is a story about the love between father and son......

There is a boat on the ocean, a hesitant father and his disable son set on the boat, and look at the ocean helpless. He drags his son, and jump in the sea......This father is 47 old, the actor is Jack Li,

the son who has autism is 22 old, he lives in his world and cannot Independence. His mother killed herself when he was young, because his mother cannot endure truth. The father feed his son by himself, they share their life together.

In this moment, the father is diagnose has cancer which is later period, so his lift just has a few of mouths. How to arrange his son? It's the most important problem. He even thinks they die together, so they go to the ocean.

After a twists and turns, the father find a organization, which can take his son in, but the son doesn't like there. The father works in aquarium, his son likes sea very much, so he go to the aquarium together with his father, swimming in the pool, this is his most happy-time.

For his son has a good life, the father thinks the aquarium is the best place for his son, so he prepare a plan that is he teaches his son how to work in aquarium, how to catch bus to go to aquarium.

At last, he knows he will die, so he plays a turtle, swimming in the pool and tell his son:"your father is a turtle! I will accompany with you forever "

At the end of this story, the son can catch bus and work in aquarium, he swim with a turtle and call it "Dad".......

Someone ask the father, why you choose turtle, he just said:"Turtle can live long time, my son doesn't feel lonely.

I like this story, it let me heart-warming, there is a sentence in China "Father's love likes the mountain", now, I can understand!

Sidney Nolan

Sidney Nolan (22 April 1917 – 28 November 1992) is one of Australia's best-known painters and print makers. He was born in Carlton, a suburb of Melbourne, the eldest of four children.In 1917--1931, Nolan attended the Brighton Road State School and then Brighton Technical School . When he was 14, he enrolled at the Prahran Technical College for Department of Design and Crafts. At the same time, he attended night classes sporadically at the National Gallery of Victoria Art School.

Nolan was a traveler, he travelled around the world and went to

many countries. He married three times, his first wife Elizabeth, but his marriage soon broke up; and then he married his friend's sister; In 1978, he married Mary Boyd, a member of the Boyd artistic family.

In my opinion, Nolan is a great artist because he used a spacial person as the original model to create a series works of art. He usually used warm color, it has a really Australian feeling. All of his works are colorful, and his Kelly hasn't features on the face, just a square.
